Returns & Exchanges

At Suzy Shier, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of the order date. Please note that all items must have original tags attached and be accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
